Outsourcing Administrative Support

This is an example of a Direct Email Marketing  project.

What We Require:

We created a new website to sell jewellery but unfortunately customers are not visiting.

The reason we created a new website was to reach out to as many people as possible, but this is not happening. We have now decided to send emails to existing, new and potential customers.

We are going to be sending email adverts as well as sending direct mail adverts therefore we are seeking a service provider to help us with the design of advertisements for both email and print.

The project needs someone dedicated to helping us with relevant adverts for three customer groups:

· Loyal repeat buyers

· Onetime buyers

· Potential customers.

What We Can Provide:

We will provide photos and text – the service provider will have to create the 3 different layout style as before mentioned. All graphic work should match the theme of our current website as this is our corporate identity

Skills Required:

The graphic designer will be designing mail outs in both HTML for email and Photoshop for brochure mail outs.

Project Required By:

Work must be completed within 7 days of winning this project.

How We Will Pay:

There are 3 layouts to be produced, one per customer type. Each layout will have two versions, one in HTML and one on Photoshop.

Please bid one price for all 6 layouts, we will only be considering bids of $200 or less.
