The concept of off-shoring is very old. It can be named as Business Outsourcing, outsource services and web outsource as well. It has been the main pursuit of humankind to find the locations where one can get its work done as cost effectively as possible.

No matter what phrase you use to refer to Off-shoring, web outsource and outsourcing services all can be used and applied to Business Outsourcing of production, vendor development, total manufacturing or services and the like. This simply means relocation of such facilities to other areas, which are cost effective. We have seen relocation of whole production units to certain other regions in the same country because of benefits available there in terms of tax savings etc. But the broader application of off-shoring is now seen worldwide as more and more businesses are relocating to new areas. In the current financial, worldwide, situation, it has become a necessity to reduce cost while not sacrificing quality.

There is a promised benefit in off-shoring. While it is a win-win situation for all involved. It brings enormous prosperity to the region, where the business gets relocated. The people of the region become more affluent economically and financially.

Big businesses all around the world are relocating and off-shoring their businesses and expanding from developed to the underdeveloped or developing countries. The workforce available at such new locations cost effective and efficient. With the economic development of the region a huge market for these business groups is available. We are seeing similar things happening in China and currently in India. Off-shoring is a boon for all everyone and will continue in its growth.
