l am looking for a freelancer to help me look for a reliable trust to take care of my will when l die. I have already written my will but will need someone who will work with me online advising me on how to make my will legal and valid.

What I Can Provide:

I will provide a list of the types trusts I need information about, this hopefully will help narrow your research requirements and keep us both on the same track.

The selected freelancer should always keep my personal information as confidential as possible. My details should not be shared with anyone or used as reference or a sample to show others how well you can do the job. I will prepare a confidentiality agreement which will be signed before the project commences.

Skills Required:

The freelancer must also have knowledge of different kinds of trusts. He must also know the merits or demerits of doing this type of work. I was also considering getting my will enforced by the law. However someone advised me that the probate procedure is very long and tiresome and I need to look for a trust. The person must also be able research on this to prove its authenticity.

The person must be able to give detailed information about how the law will act on my estate when I die. The person must also help me to edit my will and include legal requirements to make it valid. The will so far is in a composition form without any of the legal requirements

I will require the freelancer to provide me with information about the different kinds of trusts, and advise me on the right one to select. He must also help me to see how the court of law enforces wills and the disadvantage of using it. There must be also information which compares how the court of law, and the trusts, handle deceased estates. After this, there is now need to rewrite my will into a legal binding document. This job needs a person how knows much about these types of laws.
